If you’re a Call Of Duty fan then you will be happy to know the next installment will be “Call Of Duty Black Ops” and it will be set to release on November 9th, 2010.The Call Of Duty franchise is arguably the most popular first person shooter game out there. The game is being created by Treyarch and it was just announced of the new development of this game. Black Ops is rumored to portray the war that took place in Vietnam in the 1960s.

STORY
The story initiates with the prince extending a helping hand to his brother.Due to the grim and bleak circumstances his brother malakh ,in a desperate bid to protect his people and banish his enemies,unleashes 'the sand army'.The plan backfires and the sand army gains control of the people and turns them into 'sand soldiers' or hideous ,monstrous zombies in my humble opinion.The prince must uncover the truth and save the day.......just like old times .

GAMEPLAY
The gameplay has always been the key feature , with devastating and oh-so-cool combos and some over the top
acrobatic stunts being an inseperable part of the previous games in the series.The time rewind mechanic is available throughout the game and is quite handy.This game has an ace up its sleeve though ,since it introduces us to 'elemental powers'(EARTH,FIRE,WIND and WATER). 'Fire' and 'Wind' being the chief offensive powers during combat and 'Earth' lending its defensive capabilities. But the 'Water' element springs a surprise since it can be used to stop the flow of water momentarily thereby creating transient yet solid water columns which help in maneouvring around the palace.These powers are upgradable too thus rendering their use during the game indispensable.Wind vortex(Wind element), Flame trail(Fire element), etc are some of the offensive moves, while a Sand Armour(Earth element) which reduces the damage inflicted by an enemy is a defensive move hinted to be a part of its gameplay.
GRAPHICS
This game has been developed using an engine previously designed for Assassin's Creed. The graphics are reminiscent of an arabic, desert setting with enough detail being paid to textures.But this engine specialises in rendering a huge no. of enemies during battle thus the player will be able to battle hordes of enemies at once.So you'll be able to engage upto 20 enemies at once which will be surely pleasing to the vision sensors(aka EYES) of all gamers.
CONCLUSION
It remains to be seen whether this one will be able to live up to the huge expectations of the fans of this amazing series. But it will surely catapult the series to a higher level in terms of gameplay. Enjoy this title as it hits the shelves on 18th may . Adios amigos \m/.
